Wandata Head Office is located in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and is part of a larger organization known as I-tel. We offer 24/7/365 connectivity NATIONWIDE. Capped and Uncapped ADSL at very competitive pricing. Our support center provides 24/7 support as well as advice. Wandata was formed in 1997 and has grown to national proportions. Over the years we have helped numerous companies and individuals reach the goal of connection to the web or to be visible on the "World Wide Web". We have amongst other projects, designed and maintained web sites, mail servers, wireless links, VoIP and Satellite services. We are continuously expanding our services and are commited to reliable support and great services.

Refunds/returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your credit card purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. This form needs to be faxed to our accounts department on (033) 342 2359 during normal office hours.

  1. The service will be subject to: Provisions of the Telecommunications Act 103 of 1996. Telkom's Public Switched Telecommunications Service License Conditions and Telkom's, SAIX & UUNet's Conditions of Service as amended from time to time, (A copy of these conditions is available from Telkom SAIX & UUNet).
  2. I will rent the service for the contract term as indicated in this order. One months written notice of discontinuance is required.
  3. Should I/we fail to pay my/our account I/we shall be liable for any resultant collection, tracing and/or legal fees.
  4. Axxess Africa will be entitled to verify the information contained on the customers order form and generally make enquiries it deems necessary. Axxess Africa will also be entitled to furnish any information regarding the customers account with Axxess Africa and his compliance with these conditions to any credit bureau / Bank.
  5. I/we hereby indemnify Axxess Africa against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from the work being done in connection with the connection and / or removal of the service.
  6. The ADSL service is sold as a best effort service and dose not provide any guranteed throughput to the world wide web.
